Our campuses are often operating in different silos, and the across campus collaboration we need is difficult. Specifically working with operational and custodial teams, CURC will be focusing on how we can integrate the experiences and expertise of our operational staff & recycling planning offices in order to improve our waste reduction and diversion programs and be responsive to the needs of the staff engaging in the critical work of waste collection.
This program will share case studies focusing on ongoing systems to ensure a positive working relationship between offices, as well as specific projects designed to gather input from recycling & facilities staff on campus.
