Webinar Summary:
Keeping food waste out of the landfill requires more than just collecting scraps from the kitchen. Colleges and other institutions are finding success recovering food waste across campus, as well as partnering with crises shelters to donate unserved portions. This webinar featured a case study presentation about the University of Michigan’s  comprehensive food recovery program, along with information about how to leverage NRDC’s new Save the Food PSA campaign, and new tools and resources from the US EPA.
