Program Coordinator
Eric Halvarson (he/him/his)
Eric has worked with a number of organizations dedicated to sustainability and justice, including writing news pieces for the Appalachian Voice and doing research with GrowSmart Rhode Island. Before joining CURC as program coordinator in 2019, Eric worked for 3 years with the Office of Sustainability at Appalachian State University as a Sustainability Ambassador facilitating campus-wide education and involvement. When he’s not busy, Eric is swimming in rivers, dancing or reading a good book.
