One of the challenges of working in higher education is that every year a new group of students moves in and has to be trained in how recycling, waste diversion and sustainability work on our campus.
In this webinar we heard from two campuses who have figured out ways to do this effectively year after year. Our presenters from the University of Arizona and Princeton University shared how they use residence hall competitions and peer to peer education programs to inform and engage students in waste reduction and sustainability on their campuses.
